On the State of Anti-Semitism: Three Scholarly Reflections

We have invited three distinguished scholars in the field of Jewish studies, Hasia Diner, Michael A. Meyer, and Ruth Wisse, to offer brief distillations of their understanding of anti-Semitism from a present-day vantage point. Differing by discipline, politics, and temperament, the three engage the question from diverse angles and arrive at quite varied readings of the contemporary phenomenon. It is our hope that these three accounts will encourage ample feedback from readers in the name of a deeper and more informed public discourse.
